Idols SA 2012

Sihle Ndaba joined the eighth season of Mzansi Magic’s Idols SA and made it to the top 18; “Everybody in my family sings and we used to sing church hymns together, so I’ve always loved singing but it was in high school that I starting looking into taking it up as a profession. I joined the school band and as they say, the rest is history!”

She was unsuccessful in her pursuit of her musical career through that channel. The eighth season went to eventual winner Khaya Mthethwa. Incredibly that season was also contested by slain Dumi Masilela who went on to find fame for his portrayal of Sfiso Ngema on’s Rhythm City.
